Allianz Partners - Global Health Operations in the Philippines seeks a Data Insight Analytics Specialist to help shape performance through analytics. You will support management projects, deliver data-driven insights, and ensure operational excellence across international health units.

Responsibilities include dashboards, KPI reporting, and translating complex data into actionable management narratives to inform strategy and decisions.

Qualifications

• Medical background or exposure in Healthcare Industry is required.
• Fraud Waste and Abuse experience is essential.
• Fluency in English with strong communication skills.
• Ability to translate data into actionable insights for management.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain reports and data aligned with KPIs.
• Design, build, and analyze dashboard reports and KPIs across BI tools.
• Support Global Project Manager for Reporting and Analytics on health data projects.
• Understand data relationships and interpret business information requirements.
• Identify trends and anomalies in data and investigate explanations.
• Translate data analyses into concise stories to support strategic decisions.
• Produce ad-hoc reporting and maintain legacy reports, including complex ones.
• Gather requirements and translate them into global reporting solutions.
• Assist with developing strategies for aligned insights across international health.
