Job summary

Mondi plc in Romblon, España, is seeking a highly analytical and commercially driven Internal Sales Manager. You will lead and coordinate the Internal Sales team, acting as a strategic partner to the Commercial Director.

This role combines operational leadership, commercial analysis, and cross-functional coordination. Ideal candidates should have proven experience in similar commercial leadership roles and strong expertise in sales coordination.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in Internal Sales, Sales Coordination, Commercial Controlling, or similar commercial leadership roles.
• Strong commercial mindset with strategic business vision.
• Experience leading and motivating teams.
• High analytical capability and strong reporting skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Fluent English required; additional languages are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coordinate, and develop the Internal Sales team.
• Ensure strong collaboration between Internal Sales and External Sales, Finance, and Operations area.
• Support the Commercial Director in commercial strategy and operational execution.
• Perform commercial analysis, KPI monitoring, and high-level reporting.
• Monitor customer performance, business opportunities, margins, and sales forecasts.
