Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in internal communications, corporate communications, marketing communications, graphic design, visual communications, or a related field.
• Experience developing both written communications and visual communication assets in a corporate environment.
• Strong proficiency in presentation design and visual storytelling.
• Experience creating digital, print, and presentation materials for employee communications, leadership communications, or marketing initiatives.
• Strong writing, editing, and content development skills.
• Demonstrated experience managing multiple projects, priorities, and stakeholders simultaneously.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to improve communication effectiveness through data and feedback.
• Excellent collaboration, stakeholder management, and project management capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Plan, develop, and execute internal communication campaigns, newsletters, announcements, leadership communications, and employee engagement initiatives.
• Manage and curate content on internal communication platforms, including SharePoint, Viva Engage, and other digital communication channels.
• Partner with business leaders, HR, marketing, and stakeholders to develop communication strategies that support organizational goals and priorities.
• Analyze communication performance metrics and stakeholder feedback to identify opportunities and recommend improvements.
• Manage communication calendars, project timelines, approvals, and deliverables to ensure timely execution.
• Maintain messaging consistency, brand standards, and communication best practices across all channels.
• Design branded assets across digital, print, presentation, and event channels to support internal communications, employee engagement, leadership messaging, and enterprise initiatives.
• Create high-quality presentations, infographics, newsletters, digital banners, event graphics, posters, signage, templates, and other visual communication materials.
• Develop scalable templates, design systems, and branded assets that improve efficiency and consistency across teams and projects.
• Translate communication briefs and business requirements into visually compelling designs that simplify complex information and improve audience engagement.
• Adapt creative assets across multiple formats and platforms while ensuring brand consistency and accessibility standards.
• Support internal events, town halls, leadership forums, recognition programs, and employee campaigns through the development of event branding and visual experiences.
• Partner with communication strategists, content creators, and stakeholders to deliver projects from concept through final production.
• Manage multiple creative projects simultaneously while ensuring accuracy, quality, and adherence to deadlines.
• Contribute to the ongoing enhancement of communication templates, design resources, and asset libraries.
• Ensure all creative deliverables align with enterprise branding and stakeholder expectations.
