Qualifications and Grade Level Expectations

• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Engineering, Information Systems, Finance, or a related field.
• At least 1 to 2 years of relevant experience in consulting, human resources, organizational development, workforce transformation, change management, or a related field.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deliver high-quality work within deadlines.
• Interest in workforce transformation, HR technology, organizational effectiveness, and change management.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
• Experience with data analysis and visualization tools is an advantage.
