Job summary

Grab is seeking a motivated Fleet Solutions (Partnership Acquisition) Intern to help grow our commercial fleet network in the Philippines. You will identify, engage, and acquire fleet partners including fleet operators, OEMs, and charge point operators, supporting market mapping and outreach strategies.

Get to Know the Role

We are looking for a motivated, analytical, and commercially-minded Fleet Solutions (Partnership Acquisition) Intern to support the growth of our electrification program. In this role, you will play an active part in expanding our commercial fleet network by identifying, engaging and acquiring key fleet partners - ranging from fleet operators, charge point operators (CPOs) and Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs).

You will directly support the partnership pipeline -from market mapping and outreach strategy to partner pitch preparation, contracting and onboarding.

The Critical Tasks You Will Perform

• Leads Generation & Partner Acquisition: Source, qualify, and close new partner leads and ecosystem players (fleet operators, OEM, CPO).
• End-to-end partner management: Own the full lifecycle of commercial partnerships, from qualifying prospects through pitching, negotiation, contracting, and onboarding.
• Cross-functional collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, such as legal, finance, marketplace and operations teams, in order to align on commercial and operational expectations and deliver on agreed outcomes.

What Essential Skills You Will Need

• Academic Background: Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, Finance, or a related field.
• Industry Interest: Strong passion for electric vehicles (EVs), mobility, and clean technology solutions.
• Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to articulate complex sustainability and technical benefits to business decision-makers.
• Pipeline Management: Highly organized with an ability to manage dozens of concurrent partner interactions without letting leads fall through the cracks.
• Self-Starter Mindset: High initiative, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
