Job summary

Forest Lake Development, Inc. is seeking a customer-focused Interment Services Clerk to handle client inquiries and facilitate bookings for interment services via phone, in person, or online channels.

You will work with the Interment Supervisor to manage schedules, prepare interment orders, provide accurate policy information, coordinate with contractors and suppliers, and monitor billing and delivery of interment supplies, with willingness to work overtime as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any four-year course.
• Minimum of one (1) year of experience in a customer-facing role.
• Proficient in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Powerpoint).
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey empathy and compassion.
• Strong service orientation and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to maintain composure and professionalism when handling emotional, irate, or demanding customers.
• Willing to work beyond regular hours, including overtime, when necessary.
• Willing to work in Orani, Bataan.

Responsibilities

• Attends to all client inquiries and facilitates the booking of interment services through phone, in-person, or online channels.
• Works with the Interment Supervisor to manage interment schedules and ensure compliance with established interment service standards.
• Prepares and processes Interment Orders.
• Provides accurate information regarding interment policies, procedures, requirements, fees, and related services.
• Assists the Interment Supervisor in coordinating with interment service contractors, technical team, and other third-party suppliers and service providers on interment-related matters.
• Responds to customer service concerns related to interment services in a timely manner.
• Implements the customer feedback survey and system, including consolidating responses and preparing monthly reports.
• Monitors and tracks the delivery and billing of interment supplies.
• Prepares necessary job orders, payment requests, and other documents required for interment services.
