Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience supporting web applications, APIs, SFTP, and enterprise platforms.
• Experience with pipelines via ADO/GitHub.
• Experience reviewing logs and troubleshooting production incidents.

Responsibilities

• Participate in production support for business-critical applications, services and integrations.
• Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve issues across environments.
• Monitor health, analyze alerts, and improve monitoring coverage.
• Drive issue resolution with stakeholders and partner teams.
• Develop runbooks and support procedures; participate in post-incident reviews.
