Optum Philippines is seeking an experienced Endpoint Management and Platform Operations professional to administer SCCM/MECM, Intune, and Workspace ONE UEM, ensuring smooth enrollment, configuration, and policy deployment. The role emphasizes patching, vulnerability remediation, OS management, and incident handling.

You will drive automation through PowerShell, participate in major incident management, and leverage AI-enabled workflows to improve efficiency and reliability within a Fortune 5

Qualifications

• 6+ years hands-on experience administering Microsoft SCCM/MECM.
• 3+ years hands-on experience administering Microsoft Intune.
• Experience managing endpoint health, availability, and reliability.
• Strong PowerShell scripting and automation experience.

Responsibilities

• Administer and maintain SCCM/MECM, Intune, and Workspace ONE UEM platforms.
• Manage endpoint enrollment, configuration profiles, compliance policies, app deployments, and RBAC.
• Monitor platform health, availability, and operational performance; ensure inventory accuracy.
• Support coexistence of multiple endpoint management platforms while minimizing policy conflicts.
• Develop automation and AI-driven workflows to improve efficiency and reliability.
• Participate in major incident management and war room activities.
