Job summary

Maxicare Healthcare Corporation in Makati is seeking a data and reporting coordinator to update the centralized database daily, ensuring data accuracy across all units. The role also involves consolidating sales production across departments and preparing monthly performance reports for senior management.

You will provide reference files to finance/treasury, set sales targets for consumer and corporate teams, and deliver partner reports and bidding documents as needed.

Responsibilities

• Updates the centralized database monitoring file daily to ensure data accuracy and tracking.
• Checks and maintains the account endorsements file to keep records clean and up to date.
• Consolidates sales production reports from all departments and units across every product type.
• Prepares the monthly sales performance report for the Senior Management and Executive Committee covering consumer and corporate sales.
• Provides reference sales performance files to the finance and treasury teams.
• Prepares the sales target setting file for both consumer and corporate sales teams.
• Provides the intermediary partner sales production reports to the partners management team, sales handlers, and requesting partners.
• Provides complete bidding documents to the sales team and other authorized requesting parties.
• Creates ad-hoc reports quickly when requested by stakeholders.
• Renews the Maxicare Platinum membership through the PhilGEPS portal
