Job summary

Hwa Lun Corporation is seeking an interior construction designer to produce indoor construction diagrams, deepen decorative materials, and design custom cabinets for interior projects. You will draft plan plans, floor plans, facade plans, and node samples, and adjust drawings based on site measurements.

Qualifications

• Proficient in AutoCAD and able to generate detailed cabinet drawings.
• Able to adjust drawings to site dimensions.
• Familiar with basic cabinet components (panel thickness, hardware, doors, drawers).

Responsibilities

• Complete construction plans such as plan plans, small drawings, floor laying plans, facade plans, and node samples according to the design plan.
• Make drawing adjustments and deepening according to the actual dimensions of the site.
• Work with the on-site construction team to resolve drawing and sizing issues.
• Understand common interior decoration materials and basic construction processes.
• Perform typography and node deepening of materials such as stone, tile, wood finishes, wall panels, glass, metal, and ceilings.
• Assist in the reconciliation of material specifications, dimensions and construction openings.
• Work with material suppliers and construction teams to complete material deepening.
• Deepen custom cabinets such as wardrobes, cupboards, TV sets, closets, and bathroom closets.
• Draw cabinet plans, facades, profiles and node diagrams.
• Optimize cabinet size according to site dimensions and design requirements.
