Job summary

Johnson & Johnson Philippines seeks a TranSCend Transformation Analyst – Intercompany Accounting to drive the MedTech transformation, implementing SAP S/4HANA in finance and leading critical project deliverables across phases for go-live.

You will coordinate testing (BST/UAT/BRT), data cleansing and migration, and production cutover, while collaborating with MT TranSCend Finance Deployment teams and GS Finance Transformation to harmonize global ERP processes.

Qualifications

• 3 to 5 years of finance experience, preferably in MedTech
• Professional accounting qualification required
• Experience with SQL/Alteryx/Python and SAP scripting
• Fluent in English with strong presentation skills

Aim of the Job:

TheTranSCend Transformation Analyst – Intercompany Accounting is responsible for driving the MedTech TranSCend Tech & Process transformation initiative for Global Services Finance within their respective process area. The role is responsible for the successful implementation of S4 HANA tech & process solution in finance and for leading the execution of key project deliverables and milestones across all project phases that will enable a successful go live.

TranSCendis amulti-year digital transformation journeythat will harmonize our many disparate globalERPs into a single SAP/S4 HANA platform to modernize our digital core and enable a digitized end-to-end(E2E) business for MedTech.

Key Responsibilities:

• Testing coordination (BST / UAT / BRT)
• Testing execution at all stages (BST/ UAT / BRT / Hypercare)
• Testing of SOX controls
• Collaboration with other workstreams to support the execution of end-to-end testing
• Defect / Incident Management (for what’s coming from testing)
• Data cleansing, conversion & migration – in production & quality environments
• Involvement in Change Impact Assessment
• Involvement in Documentation updates
• Involvement in production cutover planning & execution
• Stage gate support (incl. metrics)
• Acting as a change agent and super user towards service delivery teams
• Proactive sharing of process improvement and automation ideas

Qualifications:

Experience & Style:

• 3 to 5 Years job experience in Finance, preferably in MedTech sector
• Professional Accountancy qualification
• Experience working with SQL / Alteryx, Python, SAP scripting
• Fluent in English and have good presentation skills
