AECOM is seeking an experienced finance professional to handle intercompany billing and related accounting processes. The role focuses on accuracy, documentation review, and timely collection within the group.

The ideal candidate has 3–4 years in Finance, solid MS Office skills, and familiarity with ERP systems such as Oracle and Blackline. On-site onboarding is required at an AECOM office location.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Finance or equivalent relevant courses.
• 3–4 years of professional experience in Finance or Accounting.
• Proficiency in MS Office tools.
• Working knowledge of accounting standards and internal controls.
• Experience with ERP systems (Oracle) and Blackline is an advantage.

Aufgaben

• Gather and review back up documentation for intercompany invoices.
• Process intercompany manual billing for the assigned business group.
• Validate disputes by checking records and supporting documents for accuracy.
• Recommend resolution for aged items and ensure receivables are collected timely.
• Address reconciliation issues and prepare simple balance sheet reconciliations.
• Support month-end closing and reporting within the sub-process.
• Escalate issues to the Team Lead for timely resolution.
• Maintain SOP/DTP and update documentation as required.
• Assist in process improvement initiatives to streamline workflows.
