Job summary

AECOM Philippines is seeking a Finance/Accounting professional to perform intercompany billing in line with accounting standards, policies, and internal controls. The role emphasizes accuracy, timeliness, and compliance across the assigned business group.

Responsibilities include gathering backup documentation for invoices, processing manual intercompany bills, resolving disputes, completing reconciliations, and supporting month-end close and reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Finance or equivalent relevant courses.
• 3-4 years of relevant professional experience in Finance or Accounting.
• Intermediate proficiency in MS Office tools.
• Working knowledge of accounting standards and internal controls.
• Experience with ERP (Oracle) and Blackline is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Gather and review required back up documentation for manual intercompany invoices.
• Process intercompany manual billing of the assigned business group.
• Validate disputes by checking the record and supporting documents for accuracy.
• Prepare simple intercompany balance sheet reconciliations and periodic financial reports.
• Perform month-end book closing and reporting within the sub-process.
• Escalate and analyze identified issues to the Team Lead for timely resolution.
