Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Information & Communication Technology or a related discipline
• 3 to 5 years of professional IT application operations or project delivery experience
• Experience leading international projects with value > €200,000
• Experience in leading teams or initiatives without hierarchical authority
• Strong background in international and cross-cultural teamwork
• Good project management and organizational practices are essential
• Ability to design quick solutions and communicate with multiple management levels
• Experience with external audit teams and regulatory differences handling

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end Integrity and Law IT projects through full project lifecycle
• Plan, execute, and deliver high-quality outcomes on time and budget
• Coordinate with external partners for application lifecycle and support
• Manage change coordination and incident/problem management for services
• Ensure SLAs are met and handle license management
• Collaborate cross-functionally with IT departments and user groups
• Provide IT business consulting to drive competitive advantage
• Ensure adherence to IT standards and cost-effective risk mitigation strategies

Education
