Job summary

Arbeit Group is seeking an experienced Integration SME to support enterprise-wide integration architecture for a major Core Banking Transformation program. This role will act as the integration authority across Lending, Payments, Trade Finance, GL, Treasury, and other banking systems.

Own end-to-end integration architecture across banking domains. Lead integration workshops with business stakeholders and vendors, define interface specifications, mappings, and integration designs.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of IT experience with strong Banking Integration exposure.
• Experience across Core Banking, Payments, Lending, GL and Treasury domains.
• Proven ability to drive integration architecture and stakeholder workshops.

About you

10+ years of IT experience with strong Banking Integration exposure

Experience integrating Core Banking, Payments, Lending, GL, and Treasury systems

Strong knowledge of API Gateways, ESB, Middleware, or iPaaS solutions

Experience in source-to-target mapping and integration architecture

Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
