Job summary

Arbeit Group is seeking an experienced Integration SME to support enterprise-wide integration architecture for a major Core Banking Transformation program. This role will act as the integration authority across Lending, Payments, Trade Finance, GL, Treasury, and other banking systems.

Own end-to-end integration architecture across banking domains. Lead integration workshops with business stakeholders and vendors, define interface specifications, mappings, and integration designs.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of IT experience with strong Banking Integration exposure.
• Experience across Core Banking, Payments, Lending, GL and Treasury domains.
• Proven ability to drive integration architecture and stakeholder workshops.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end integration architecture across banking domains.
• Lead integration workshops with business stakeholders and vendors.
• Define interface specifications, mappings, and integration designs.
• Coordinate end-to-end testing and integration defect resolution.
• Support cutover planning and go-live activities.
