Job summary

Jobtailor in the Philippines seeks an experienced Senior PMO/Program Manager to lead end-to-end planning and governance for global initiatives, coordinating cross-functional teams and executive reporting.

You will drive PMO standards, risk management, and delivery metrics while collaborating with EY GDS and EY US across multiple domains. Strong leadership and communication are essential in a matrixed, fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of project or program management experience in large, matrixed organisations.
• Experience managing cross-functional initiatives with multiple stakeholders and competing priorities.
• Marketing or creative operations experience; agency-side experience is an added advantage.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Advanced proficiency in MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word) and reporting/dashboard preparation.
• Experience with distributed/global teams.
• Demonstrated leadership across global/virtual teams.
• Excellent stakeholder management and presentation skills.
• Strong business understanding and ability to align activities with transformation goals.
• Ability to manage changing priorities and ambiguity.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end planning and execution of ISS initiatives, including scope, timelines, milestones, and budget tracking.
• Develop and maintain integrated project plans with cross-functional teams.
• Manage project schedules, dependencies, and execution priorities.
• Coordinate resource planning, capacity tracking, and readiness across global teams.
• Facilitate project reviews, milestone checkpoints, and delivery readiness assessments.
• Establish and manage PMO governance processes, RAID logs, dashboards, and reporting.
• Coordinate governance forums, steering committee reviews, and leadership updates.
• Monitor program health, financials, delivery metrics, and progress.
• Support leadership decision-making through reporting, risk assessments, and insights.
• Collaborate with EY GDS and EY US stakeholders across business, technology, operations, finance, and sector teams.
• Facilitate communication across project teams and leadership groups.
• Coordinate transition, deployment, and operational readiness activities.
• Act as central coordination point for priorities, escalations, and dependencies.
• Identify, assess, and manage risks, issues, dependencies, and change requests.
• Develop mitigation and contingency plans and drive issue resolution.
• Standardize PMO processes, templates, governance, and reporting mechanisms.
• Conduct project closeout activities and lessons learned.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in project or program management roles, preferably within large, matrixed organizations
• Experience managing cross-functional initiatives with multiple stakeholders and competing priorities
• Marketing or creative operations experience; agency-side experience is an added advantage
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Advanced proficiency in MS Office, including PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and reporting/dashboard preparation
• Experience working with geographically distributed and global teams
• Strong project and program management skills
• Demonstrated leadership capabilities across global and virtual teams
• Excellent stakeholder management and presentation skills
• Strong business understanding and ability to align activities with transformation and operational goals

• Azure DevOps exposure is desirable
• Agency management experience is desirable
• PMP, Change Management, or Design Thinking certification is highly desirable
