Qualifications

• Open to High School Graduates (Old Curriculum) or SHS Graduates.
• 1 year of international voice BPO experience, preferably with insurance.
• Excellent communication skills and knowledge of healthcare insurance policies.
• Capable of working collaboratively in a team.
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Requires B2 CEFR score (Upper-Intermediate English).

Responsibilities

• Assist clients in understanding their insurance options and policies.
• Handle claims processing and provide support throughout the claim resolution process.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation of client interactions and transactions.
• Collaborate with underwriters to assess risk and determine policy terms.
• Provide exceptional customer service and address client inquiries in a timely manner.
