Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years' experience in a leading strategy consulting firm with knowledge across multiple insurance topics.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Strong track record building client relationships with large organizations.
• Solid business acumen, commercial capabilities and judgement.
• Team player with collaborative skills.
• Advanced business degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Help insurers address their most difficult challenges to maximize growth and competitive advantage.
• Work on projects across the insurance value-chain including strategy, sales force effectiveness, compliance, forecasting, operational model redesign, risk management, digital transformation and customer focus.
• Create value with forward-thinking solutions addressing operational, technical, and financial implications of changes in the business environment.
