AXA Philippines - Avanse Unit is seeking to build and develop a high-performing team of financial advisors in Metro Manila. The role involves initiating programs to boost team performance, generating leads from diverse sources, and conducting field work with feedback sessions.

The successful candidate will perform financial needs analyses for clients and recommend optimal solutions, while ensuring to hit and exceed performance metrics.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in any field.
• Excellent communication skills.
• At least 3 years of managerial experience.
• Self-driven and competitive.
• Willing to attend trainings and licensing requirements.
• Experience in the insurance industry is preferred but not required.

Responsabilidades

• Build and develop a high-performing team of financial advisors.
• Initiate programs and strategies to improve team performance.
• Generate leads of potential clients and advisors from various sources.
• Conduct joint field work and feedback sessions for the team.
