The role emphasizes building lasting client relationships, servicing policies, and completing AXA Academy training while staying compliant with industry regulations and privacy standards.

Responsibilities

• Conduct Financial Needs Analyses (FNA) to assess a client's current financial situation, risk profile, and future goals
• Educate clients and develop customized financial roadmaps for health and critical illness protection, life and income protection, wealth accumulation (investments), and estate planning
• Generate potential client leads through networking, referrals, social media, digital marketing, and community outreach
• Schedule and conduct face-to-face or virtual consultations
• Achieve individual monthly and quarterly sales targets set by the agency branch
• Establish and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships through regular portfolio reviews as clients' life goals and needs evolve
• Assist clients with policy servicing, premium payments, policy renewals, and claims processing
• Complete mandatory training modules from the AXA Academy
• Obtain required licenses from the Insurance Commission (IC) for Traditional Life and Investment-Linked products
• Stay updated on industry trends and maintain strict adherence to data privacy and ethical standards
