Bonifacio Insurance Broker Corporation (BIBC) is seeking an Operations Specialist to support daily operational activities, including contract management, client onboarding and KYC validation, billing coordination, and renewal processing for retail accounts.

The role requires attention to detail, adherence to procedures, and coordination with internal teams, clients, and insurers. Strong organizational and communication skills are essential for success in this position.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, management, finance, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years in insurance brokerage, financial services, or ops roles handling billing and collections.
• Knowledge of life/non-life insurance concepts.

Responsibilities

• Review and validate KYC documents for new/renewing clients.
• Coordinate with insurers and clients for statements, premium confirmations, and collections.
• Track renewals and ensure timely renewal processing and data accuracy.
• Support contract mgmt with SLAs and MOAs; maintain inventory of agreements.
• Draft and maintain SOPs and internal checklists.
• Assist in operational projects and reconciliation activities.
