• Review and process Policy Issuance Documents (PIDs) ensuring accuracy and completeness.
• Coordinate with Sales Associates, clients, and internal departments to complete policy requirements.
• Monitor assigned accounts and support the policy process from quotation to issuance.
• Maintain accurate records, monitor transaction status, and prepare necessary reports.
• Provide administrative support to the Sales Team, including document filing and record management.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, regulatory requirements, and confidentiality standards.
