Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• At least 3 years of experience in insurance servicing.
• Experience in motorcar, property, or general insurance.
• Insurance brokerage experience is an advantage.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate issuance and renewal of insurance policies.
• Monitor and follow up via email and calls on policy requests, renewals, and endorsements.
