The role requires 8–10 years in training with domain experience in Non-Life Insurance, plus strong MS Office skills and the ability to deliver scalable training programs.

Qualifications

• Graduate in any stream.
• Domain training background in Non-Life Insurance.
• Knowledge of vertical specific roles in Insurance.
• 8–10 years of relevant training experience in the domain.
• Experience leading domain learning initiatives for insurance capabilities.
• Proficient in MS Office applications (PowerPoint, Word, Excel).

Responsibilities

• Lead initiatives for developing domain capabilities.
• Engage with leadership to define development requirements and rally stakeholders.
• Manage change programs to institutionalize domain capabilities.
• Identify, source and deploy tools and resources for domain development.
• Plan and deploy capability development curriculum and calendar.
• Curate learning resources and define structured learning paths.
• Drive domain thought leadership through research and articles.
• End-to-end management of training programs including reporting and dashboards.
• Deliver pre-process domain trainings across verticals and geos.
