Job summary

Accenture is hiring a Customer Service Associate in a hybrid setup based in Quezon City, Philippines. The role handles inbound calls for policy holders, agents, and new customers, with emphasis on information gathering and issue resolution.

Candidates should have at least 12 months of BPO CSR experience in insurance or related fields, or equivalent mix of BPO/non-BPO experience in financial services. Night shift with weekends off as stated.

Qualifications

• 12 months of BPO CSR experience in Insurance or related fields, or 12 months in any BPO CSR role and 12 months non-BPO financial sector experience.

Responsibilities

• Receives inbound calls to provide customer service support to policy holders, agents, 3rd party callers and new customers.
• Conducts research through available resources and provides information in response to queries.
• Provides resolutions to caller problems and issues including researching and exploring alternative solutions.
• Creates promised solutions or after call work and escalates unresolved issues outside of scope.
• Navigates through a computerized data entry system or other relevant applications.
• Manages documentation of all call information according to SOPs.
• Undertakes all compliance and regulatory training as required.
• Keeps up with process learnings and meets performance standards.
