Job summary

ReSource Pro is seeking a Client Development Support Analyst to provide proactive administrative, operational, and business development support to Client Executives, Producers, and Agency Leadership. You will help manage client relationships, submissions, CRM data, and reporting to improve efficiency and growth.

You will coordinate meetings, travel, and executive calendars while supporting social media, marketing calendars, and prospect activities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• 2–4 years supporting commercial insurance operations or producer support.
• Experience with EPIC Agency Management System.
• Experience supporting executives in an administrative role.
• Experience handling commercial insurance submissions and ACORD forms.
• Excel in calendar management and travel coordination.
• CRM experience with Salesforce; social media support is a plus.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; confidentiality is essential.

Responsibilities

• Support Client Executives, Producers, and Agency Leadership in client relationships and inquiries.
• Coordinate meetings, agendas, notes, and follow-ups; manage executive calendars.
• Organize travel, conferences, and trade show participation for executives.
• Process commercial insurance submissions; ensure complete documentation and timely submissions.
• Maintain accurate records in Salesforce and EPIC; monitor pipeline and KPI reporting.
• Support marketing and business development through content scheduling and lists management.
