Qualifications

• Experience with case management systems/CRMs is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and approved channels in a courteous, timely manner.
• Provide information on insurance and accounting processes, billing, and documentation requirements.
• Log, track, and update customer requests in CRM/colicy systems; ensure data accuracy.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve routine requests and escalate complex issues.
