Job summary

Universal Robina Corporation seeks an Instrumentation Supervisor to oversee maintenance, electronics and process control across lines for safe, efficient operations aligned with quality and safety standards.

Reporting to the Maintenance Manager, you will lead corrective and preventive maintenance, coordinate with engineering, QA, and production, and manage projects to meet budget and timelines. On-site role in a manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Engineering degree in electrical, electronics, or mechanical fields; licensure is an advantage.
• 3+ years in manufacturing; minimum 1 year in supervisory role; food & beverage experience preferred.
• Experience implementing management systems (EHS, GMP, ISO 9001:2015, HACCP, HALAL, FSSC).
• Strong leadership and communication, detail-oriented, and good record-keeping.
• Proficiency in MS Office and SAP.

Responsibilities

• Oversee preventive and corrective maintenance for electronics, instrumentation, and process control components.
• Lead mobilization and coordinate with departments for scheduled activities.
• Implement capital expenditure projects within budget and timelines.
