Job summary
Recruitify_HR is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor for engineering operations in Metro Manila. You will supervise instrument technicians and contractors to ensure quality preventive and corrective maintenance.
The ideal candidate holds an engineering degree and has 2–3 years in maintenance operations, with knowledge of control and instrument systems, plus strong report writing and leadership skills. You will lead safety-compliant activities and collaborate with other teams to optimize equipment
Qualifications
- Engineering degree with focus on control/instrumentation.
- 2–3 years of maintenance operation experience.
- Knowledge as a Control and Instrument Engineer.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to analyze and prepare reports.
- Experience in preventive and corrective maintenance of equipment.
- Proven leadership abilities.
Responsibilities
- Supervise instrument technicians and contractors.
