The ideal candidate will design programs, conduct hands-on sessions, assess learners, and collaborate with SMEs to keep content aligned with industry demands.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Technical and Vocational Education, or related field.
• More than 2 years of teaching, training, or instructional experience in a Technical Vocational Institute or College.
• Preferably with industry experience in a relevant technical field (Manufacturing, Servicing, related field).
• Excellent communication, presentation, and classroom management skills.
• Ability to explain complex technical concepts in a simple, structured way.
