Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, mathematics, banking, business, or related field.
• At least 1 year of experience in Investment Banking Operations or related fields.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Configure and maintain financial instruments including equities, ETFs, indices, and derivatives.
• Perform instrument setup across front-to-back operational systems.
• Manage instrument lifecycle events and corporate action changes.
• Monitor market data feeds and ensure data quality.
• Perform reconciliations and investigate discrepancies.
• Support process improvements, controls, reporting, and governance activities.
