Job summary

Concentrix is seeking an Associate to join its Investment Banking Operations team. The role focuses on the setup, maintenance, and monitoring of financial instruments and market reference data across global platforms.

You will configure instruments, manage lifecycles, monitor data quality, and support governance efforts. The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor’s degree and has at least 1 year in related operations, with strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance, Economics, Mathematics, Banking, Business, or a related field.
• At least 1 year of experience in Investment Banking Operations, Capital Markets Operations, Securities Processing, Trade Support, Reference Data Management, or Financial Markets Operations.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Configure and maintain financial instruments including Equities, ETFs, Indices, Interest Rates, Futures & Options, Convertible Bonds, Warrants and Certificates.
• Perform instrument setup across front-to-back operational systems.
• Manage instrument lifecycle events and corporate action changes.
• Monitor market data feeds and ensure data quality.
• Perform reconciliations and investigate discrepancies.
• Support process improvements, controls, reporting, and governance activities.

Required Qualifications :

• Bachelor's degree in finance, Economics, Mathematics, Banking, Business, or a related field.
• At least 1 year of experience in Investment Banking Operations, Capital Markets Operations, Securities Processing, Trade Support, Reference Data Management, or Financial Markets Operations.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of Equities, Fixed Income/Bonds, Interest Rate Products, Derivatives, Futures & Options.
• Understanding of front-to-back trade lifecycle processes.
• Experience with Bloomberg, Reuters, or similar market data platforms.
• Advanced Excel skills; VBA and Access are advantageous.
