Job summary

goFLUENT is transforming language learning by delivering a global digital training platform that blends AI-powered tools with human guidance. We’re seeking a multimedia specialist to design, produce, and edit instructional videos and assets that meet project requirements.

You will apply instructional design principles, manage a portfolio of multimedia content, and collaborate with instructional designers and managers to keep materials engaging and up-to-date.

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills; able to work independently and in a team.
• College degree in Visual Communication, Multimedia Arts, or Multimedia Design.
• Expertise in Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Premiere Pro, Audition, After Effects) and other graphic design apps.
• Experience in multimedia production with a portfolio of instructional content.
• Attention to detail and ability to follow complex instructions and apply feedback.
• Strong research skills and proactive problem-solving; balance creativity with business goals.
• Growth mindset and commitment to ongoing professional development.
• Positive, can-do attitude to handle routine tasks and adapt in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Conceptualize, produce, and edit language teaching videos aligned with project requirements.
• Produce, edit, format, and organize multimedia assets (images, graphics, videos, audio) for learning.
• Leverage AI tools and macros to optimize batch processing and maintain quality.
• Provide technical support, troubleshooting, and fixes for multimedia assets.
• Collaborate with Instructional Designers, managers, and stakeholders; share updates and solve challenges.
• Explore new EdTech tools and trends to keep assets competitive and innovative.
• Perform other multimedia duties aligned with team priorities.

What You’ll Do

• apply instructional design principles to conceptualize, produce, and edit language teaching videos that are aligned with project and business requirements;
• produce, edit, format, and organize multimedia assets (images, graphics, videos, audio files) that enhance learning while ensuring strict adherence to project and business requirements;
• leverage AI-powered tools and automated macros to optimize batch processing and maintain high-quality output;
• provide technical support, troubleshooting, and file fixes for all multimedia assets;
• collaborate closely with Instructional Designers, managers, and other stakeholders to gather and share information, actively contribute to the instructional design process, provide regular project updates, and solve project challenges;
• actively explore new tools and EdTech trends to ensure multimedia assets remain competitive and innovative;
• perform other multimedia duties aligned with the team's evolving priorities.

What You’ll Need

• a college degree (those with a degree in Visual Communication, Multimedia Arts, Multimedia Design, or the equivalent, will be prioritized);
• expertise in Adobe Creative Cloud software (Photoshop, Premiere Pro, Audition, After Effects) and other graphic design applications;
• experience in multimedia production, with a portfolio that showcases your ability to produce visually compelling, instructionally effective content;
• keen attention to detail with the ability to follow complex instructions and apply feedback effectively;
• strong research skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving that enable you to apply instructional design principles to multimedia while balancing creative choices with business objectives;
• a growth mindset and a commitment to continuous professional improvement;
• a positive, can-do attitude to tackle routine tasks, adapt when priorities shift, and remain composed and efficient in a fast-paced environment.

Experience in the following is not required but is a PLUS:

• generative AI;
• language teaching;
