Job summary

BDO Unibank, Inc. in the Philippines seeks an IBG Relationship Manager to oversee relationships with existing institutional clients and cultivate new ones, leveraging understanding of clients' business needs to deliver BDO products and services that support their goals.

Key tasks include soliciting and originating deals, analyzing portfolios, presenting value propositions to leads and customers, and ensuring compliance with bank policies and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Completion of Bachelors’ degree, preferably in a Business course
• Minimum two years experience in client acquisition and/or investments
• Working knowledge on financial analysis and credit evaluation for Commercial Lending products is an advantage

Responsibilities

• Solicits, develops and originates new deals and business opportunities from existing and prospective accounts and manages the loan‑and‑trade‑related relationship of his assigned portfolio
• Analyzes current and prospective portfolio and prepares growth and profitability account strategies
• Present value‑proposition to sales leads and current customers
• Ensure compliance with Banks policies, procedures and regulatory requirements
