Job summary

Xerox is seeking an Inside Sales Support Specialist in Cebu City, Philippines. You will expand and retain our customer base by supporting order processing, CRM updates, and client demonstrations while aiding the sales team to maximize productivity.

You will build strong relationships with department heads, conduct device recommendations, oversee delivery and training, and travel locally as needed. A collaborative, customer-focused mindset is essential.

Qualifications

• MS Office Suite proficiency (PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Familiarity with CRM systems and sales reporting.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; strong presentation skills.
• Personal drive and motivation toward high achievement.
• Ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment.
• Ability to influence, negotiate and gain commitment at all levels.
• Bachelor's degree in business or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the main contact for service and billing escalations and act as a customer liaison.
• Assist sales team with order processing, database management and RFP/RFI/SOW writing.
• Attend meetings with clients and prospects in support of the sales team.
• Build and maintain relationships with heads of departments.
• Function as a technology consultant, map equipment locations and recommend devices.
• Oversee delivery, installation, and end-user training on equipment.
• Demonstrate empathy and resolve customer concerns.
• Collaborate with sales and service to strategize on account plans and generate leads.
• Serve as liaison between customer, sales and service.
• Occasional local travel.

What You Will Do:

• Serve as the main point of contact for service and billing escalations, customer liaison.
• Assist sale team members with order processing, database management and proposal (RFP, RFI and SOW) writing.
• In support of sales team members attend meetings with clients and prospects.

• Proficiency using MS Office Suite (PowerPoint, Word, Excel and Outlook)
• Familiarity with CRM systems and sales reporting
• Excellent communication (oral, written and presentation skills)
