Job summary

Xerox Philippines is seeking an Inside Sales Support Specialist to expand and retain our customer base. You will support order processing, CRM usage, and proposals while collaborating with the sales team and attending client meetings.

Role involves mapping client needs, coordinating delivery and installation, and guiding end-users through training. A proactive team player with strong communication and presentation skills will thrive.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Serve as the main liaison for service and billing escalations and customer inquiries.
• Assist sales team with order processing, database management, and proposal writing (RFP, RFI, SOW).
• Attend client meetings with sales and prospects to support outcomes.
• Build and maintain relationships with department heads.
• Act as a technology consultant, map equipment locations, assess needs and recommend devices.
• Oversee delivery, installation, and end-user training of equipment.
• Demonstrate empathy and address customer concerns.
• Collaborate with sales and service to strategize on account plans and generate leads.
• Coordinate between customer, sales, and service teams.
• Occasional local travel.

What You Will Do

• Serve as the main point of contact for service and billing escalations, customer liaison.
• Assist sale team members with order processing, database management and proposal (RFP, RFI and SOW) writing.
• In support of sales team members attend meetings with clients and prospects.
• Build and maintain a working relationship with heads of departments.
• Function as a technology consultant, conduct customer walkthroughs mapping equipment locations, assessing department needs and environments as well as making device recommendations.
• Oversee delivery, installation, and training end-users on equipment.
• Demonstrate empathy and understanding of customer concerns.
• Strategize with sales and service on account situation and action plan; generate sales leads.
• Serves a liaison between customer, sales and service.
• Occasional local travel.

What You Need to Succeed

• Proficiency using MS Office Suite (PowerPoint, Word, Excel and Outlook)
• Familiarity with CRM systems and sales reporting
• Excellent communication (oral, written and presentation skills)
• Personal drive and internal motivation toward high achievement
• Ability to work collaboratively and effectively in a team-oriented environment
• Ability to influence, negotiate and gain commitment at all organizational levels
• Bachelor’s degree in business or another related field preferred
