Job summary

Dover Business Services in Cebu is seeking a dedicated Customer Service/Inside Sales professional to build strong relationships with internal teams and external clients, provide responsive service across all touchpoints, and manage pre-sale activities including product knowledge, quoting, and order entry.

The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree, at least 3 years in customer service or inside sales, familiarity with AS400 or similar mainframe systems, and excellent communication, detail

Job Description
