Responsibilities

• Negotiate with potential clients and present sample quotations and proposals.
• Provide clear and detailed requirement specifications to ensure proper and accurate job quotation.
• Coordinate client design requirements with the pre-press/graphics team.
• Collaborate with accounting for billing and payment monitoring.
• Coordinate with internal departments for after-sales issue resolution.
• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
• Regularly prepare SMART reports for management review.
• Ensure that work orders and quotations are filed accordingly.
• Provide support to other tasks as required.
