Job summary

Wing Assistant is seeking a hands-on Inside Sales Manager to own the follow-up and mid-funnel layer of our inbound sales engine. You will lead the team, strengthen processes, and ensure qualified opportunities are managed with discipline and urgency.

This builder role includes coaching, establishing sales standards, and using our modern sales tech stack to hit clear revenue targets. The position is Philippines-based with Pacific Time scheduling and a salary in PHP 90,000–110,000 per month plus

Qualifications

At least 4 years in inside sales or related roles.
At least 2 years managing or coaching a sales team.
Proven ability to improve follow-up and pipeline performance.
Strong understanding of inbound funnels and mid-funnel conversion.

Responsibilities

Lead and develop the inbound follow-up team (SDRs and Sales Associates).
Design and optimize follow-up sequences; measure with response and conversion metrics.
Own channel partner leads: tracking ownership and reporting standards.
Coach Account Executives on discovery, objections, urgency, and second calls.
Maintain the sales knowledge base and ensure content accuracy.
Meet targets like demo no-show reduction, deal conversion, and revenue growth.
