Job summary

Wing Assistant is seeking an Inside Sales Manager to own the inbound follow-up and mid-funnel layer of our sales engine. You will lead a team, strengthen processes, and ensure qualified opportunities are managed with discipline and urgency.

This builder-role involves coaching, performance management, and implementing a modern sales tech stack to achieve revenue targets. Salary ranges from PHP 90,000 to PHP 110,000 per month with OTE.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in inside sales, sales development, or similar
• Experience coaching sales reps on discovery, objections, urgency, and progression
• Strong understanding of inbound funnels, lead management, and mid-funnel conversion
• Proven ability to design follow-up sequences across email, chat, and SMS

Responsibilities

• Lead the inbound follow-up team (SDRs and Sales Associates) and coach performance
• Own cadence standards, onboarding, and ramp for new hires
• Design and test follow-up sequences; monitor reply, engagement, and conversion metrics
• Oversee channel partner lead handling and reporting standards
• Review calls and demos with a sales scorecard; ensure consistent coaching
• Maintain and update the sales knowledge base and AI chat content
