Job summary

PM Consulting is seeking an Inpatient Medical Coder in the Philippines to review inpatient records and assign diagnostic and procedure codes using ICD-10-CM, CPT, and HCPCS. You will support revenue cycle accuracy, compliance, and hospital reimbursement processes.

The ideal candidate has 1 year of inpatient coding experience, allied health education, and relevant CCS or CPC certifications. Strong attention to detail and communication are essential to ensure precise documentation and coding

Qualifications

• 1 year inpatient coding experience.
• Graduate of Allied Health or healthcare-related course preferred.
• CCS and CPC certifications are desirable.

Responsibilities

• Code inpatient records using ICD-10-CM, CPT, and HCPCS.
• Review documentation to identify correct diagnostic and procedural codes.
• Collaborate with providers to clarify documentation and resolve coding discrepancies.
• Maintain detailed records and adhere to coding guidelines and regulations.

Required Qualifications
