R1 RCM Philippines, Inc. invites an experienced Inpatient Coding Quality Reviewer to audit inpatient coding accuracy and compliance.

The role focuses on identifying coding errors, driving efficiency, and delivering educational feedback to coders across collaborative teams in a dynamic healthcare setting. Applicants should have 5+ years in inpatient coding, CCS or CIC certification, and strong CMS guideline knowledge, with proficiency in Epic, Cerner, Meditech, and 3M 360.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of inpatient medical coding experience.
• Certification CCS or CIC is required.
• Strong knowledge of CMS guidelines, MS-DRG/APR-DRG and IPPS.

Responsibilities

• Conduct internal quality audits of inpatient coding for accuracy and compliance.
• Identify coding errors and recommend improvements to coding processes.
• Provide educational feedback to coders and collaborate with operations and training teams.
• Ensure adherence to payer policies and regulatory requirements.
