Gratitude Philippines is seeking an experienced Inpatient Coder - QA Specialist to join our team in Manila. This role focuses on delivering high-quality coding solutions while collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders in a non-voice environment.

The ideal candidate brings at least 3 years inpatient coding experience, CCS/CPC/CIC certification, and strong attention to detail. You will own tasks, communicate clearly, and contribute to process improvements in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent practical experience.
• 3+ years of inpatient coding experience.
• CCS/CPC/CIC certification (Inpatient).
• At least 1 year of clinical/hospital experience.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently and with a team.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience with inpatient audit/QA is a plus.
• Active status in coding with a detail-oriented mindset.
