Monitor student performance with clear standards and actionable feedback.
Maximize instructional time by working with students individually or in groups.
Demonstrate mastery of subject content and teaching skills.
Model exemplary behavior toward students and colleagues.
Enforce school policies as stated in the school manual.
Identify areas of student achievement and communicate with stakeholders, including parents and guidance staff.
Collaborate with parents and staff for holistic student development.
Participate in school activities and professional development.
