Cebu Pacific Air seeks an Innovations and Systems Specialist in Revenue Management to support, upgrade, and enhance RM tools. You will work with data engineers on analytics projects, build market intelligence, and deliver dashboards for stakeholders.

The role requires 1–3 years in airline RM or analytics, experience with RM tools (airRM, PROS, Navitaire, Excel), and solid scripting basics. Hybrid work arrangement in Pasay, Metro Manila.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or related field.
• 1–3 years’ experience in airline RM, analytics, or systems support.
• Experience with RM or analytics systems (airRM, PROS, Navitaire, Excel, etc.).
• Basic programming or scripting skills (Python, VBA, etc.).
• Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, PowerBI).
• Familiarity with airline commercial operations.
• Strong attention to detail and analytical mindset.
• Ability to document and communicate technical information clearly.

Responsabilidades

• Support maintenance, monitoring, and troubleshooting of in-house RM tools (airRM, overbooking engine, elasticity model).
• Assist in development, testing, and deployment of new RM tools and features.
• Maintain RM system documentation and provide user support/training.
• Contribute to special projects (automation pilots, analytics enhancements).
• Support revenue forecasting by running and validating model-generated forecasts.
