Job summary

The role requires a Mechanical Engineering background, hands-on experience with injection molding parameters, and a strong emphasis on safety and quality control.

Qualifications

• Mechanical Engineering degree or equivalent.
• In-depth knowledge of injection molding parameters and process optimization.
• Skilled in setup, operation and monitoring of injection molding machines.
• Ability to identify defects and troubleshoot molding issues.
• Experience in basic maintenance and preventive care.
• Familiarity with quality control techniques and measuring tools; strong safety mindset.

Responsibilities

• Operate assigned injection molding machines efficiently to maximize productivity and quality.
• Perform machine setup and changeovers according to production requirements.
• Conduct basic troubleshooting to resolve minor machine issues and minimize downtime.
• Carry out preventive maintenance and routine inspections on equipment.
• Monitor machine performance and production output to meet targets.
• Maintain accurate production records and report discrepancies.
• Immediately report abnormalities or defects to the supervisor.
• Follow SOPs to ensure consistent operations.
• Coordinate with maintenance team for repairs and technical support.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment in compliance with safety standards.
