• Proven experience in learning strategy, curriculum design, and training program management.
• Cisco Routing & Switching: core networking, routing protocols, and switching fundamentals.
• Data Center Products: management and support for enterprise data center infrastructure.
• Wireless Solutions: hands-on experience with Cisco and Meraki wireless environments.
• Network Security & Firewalls: expertise with Cisco, Fortinet, and Palo Alto security products.

Responsibilities

• Incident Management: investigating, resolving, and troubleshooting technical issues across teams.
• Change & Project Implementation: planning and executing network changes and infrastructure projects.
• Network Provisioning: setting up, configuring, and deploying network services.
• Cross-Team Collaboration: partnering with other technical units and service delivery teams to ensure optimal network performance.
