DXC Technology is seeking an Associate Manager Infrastructure Services to join our Manila team onsite at DXC Manila IPC McKinley Hill, Taguig. You will lead incident management, changes, and network provisioning, while coordinating with cross-functional units to ensure reliable infrastructure services.

The role demands 6–8 years in networking, strong Cisco expertise, and hands-on experience with data center and wireless environments.

Qualifications

• 6–8 years of experience in networking/infrastructure.
• Strong expertise in Network Administration.
• Proven experience in learning strategy, curriculum design, and training program management.
• Cisco Routing & Switching: Core networking, routing protocols, and switching fundamentals.
• Data Center Products: Management and support for enterprise data center infrastructure.
• Wireless Solutions: Hands-on experience with Cisco and Meraki wireless environments.
• Network Security & Firewalls: Expertise with Cisco, Fortinet, and Palo Alto security products.
