Job summary

Accenture in the Philippines is seeking a Program/Project Management Representative to deliver business and technology outcomes for assigned programs, projects, or contracted services. You will leverage standard tools and processes to deliver, monitor, and control service level agreements.

The role requires five or more years in infrastructure project management, excellent client-facing and communication skills, and experience with PM software.

Qualifications

• Five+ years of Infrastructure project management experience.
• Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Bachelor's Degree in appropriate field or equivalent work experience.
• Experience with project management software tools.
• PMP and ITIL certifications are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Deliver business and technology outcomes for assigned program, project, or contracted service.
• Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for flawless execution of multiple projects.
• Ensure all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget.
• Develop detailed project plans and monitor progress.
• Manage changes to scope, schedule, and costs using verification techniques.
• Report and escalate to management as needed.
• Manage relationships with clients and stakeholders.
• Perform risk management to minimize potential risks.
• Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
